There is something about watermelon that screams summertime. I look forward to it every year. It’s at almost every picnic, family gathering, and get together you go to. After a while, you may tire of it or simply need a creative way to use it; I say juice it!
My watermelon, cucumber, mint juice promotes beauty from the inside. Watermelon is high in lycopene, which promotes tighter, smoother, glowing skin, and cucumbers are fortified with skin-enhancing minerals explaining their use in spa treatments across the world. And due to their high water content, watermelon and cucumbers are extremely hydrating, low in calories, and act as natural diuretics to reduce inflammation and flush toxins from the body.

Watermelon, Cucumber Mint Juice
- 3 cups watermelon
- 1 large organic cucumber
- 1/2 - 3/4 cup mint leaves, loosely packed
- Send ingredients through juicer and enjoy!
