In this fun, two-hour workshop instructed by Charisse Williams, you will learn:

  • the basic philosophy behind Classical Yoga
  • breathing techniques that are good for your mind and overall wellbeing
  • common yoga poses and how to approach building your poses from the ground up
  • meditation techniques that will calm the mind, body and spirit
