BYO {Baby} Postnatal Yoga Begins

Bring Your Own Baby Yoga is for mamas and their new babies (6 weeks until baby is crawling). Bond with your baby on your mat with gentle, safe poses that nurture and strengthen your postnatal body and spirit. 

When: Sundays, starting May 17
What time: 1:30-3 p.m.
