During this 6-week series, children will learn specific mudras (hand gestures) and pranayam (breathing techniques) as tools to help be focused and alert, ready for learning, confident when nervous about new things, relaxed and rested among other uplifting things. These tools are given "to help them maintain their natural wisdom and radiance." We will use moving meditations, music, mantra, affirmations, guided meditations and yoga poses when we need to move our bodies!
