For moms in their 2nd trimester and later, this dance movement class is designed to safely engage core muscles, build endurance and improve flexibility while having fun. As a professional African dancer and woman of Caribbean heritage, Djifa brings her combined experiences to the class. Complimentary class the first Thursday of every month for first-time visitors!
