For those wanting a more personalized experience, we offer private sessions to individuals and small groups. This is a great way to delve deeper into your yoga practice with sessions tailored to fit your needs. Corporate Yoga + Wellness

Cherished Life is available to bring yoga to the “busy” office-bound professionals. We offer stress management techniques along with yoga postures (at and away from your desk), breathing and meditation. It facilitates balanced lifestyle and wellness among co-workers.
